I grew up moving between the east and west coasts, negotiating the terrain of identity and place in the middle. My work embodies a lifelong fascination with feelings associated with these in between places and inexplicable mysteries.

I earned a BA degree in conceptual photography and later an MFA in painting. I have been featured since 1990 in solo and group exhibitions in the USA and internationally.

I believe in the forces of creativity and that all should have the means to access our authentic voices.

I teach and mentor innovative methods through mixed media approaches of making art to assist in facilitating our voices forward.

I currently live and teach in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
