Born in Fuzhou, China, and living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1999, my artistic journey unfolds through movement—across cultures, memory, and emotion. I earned my BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and my MFA from the University of California, Davis in 2017.

Rooted in abstract expressionism, my work uses color, texture, and gesture as a language beyond words. Through the physical and intuitive act of painting, I explore emotional intensity, energy, and inner states of being. Each work invites contemplation, offering moments of hope, inner illumination, and the possibility of transformation.
